Gnomon Context connects people by what they want to do. By using it — through an AI assistant or its public documents — you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Gnomon Practice (Switzerland).

The service
Gnomon Context records the situations people report — needs, offers, dreams, events and news — as anonymized, structured answers, shows what is going on by topic and place, and helps connect complementary people. It is an early-stage product offered “as is”; features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and file only your own situation.
- Do not file other people’s situations, personal data or contact details.
- Like, comment and commit honestly: one person, one account. Commitments are what turns a plan into an event others rely on.
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully — no spam, harassment, or abuse.
- You are responsible for your own interactions and arrangements with people you connect with.
Matching and contact
Public situations are anonymized. Contact details are private and exchanged only on mutual opt-in. We do not guarantee any match, response, or outcome, and we are not a party to arrangements made between users.
Content
By filing a situation you permit Gnomon Context to show its anonymized summary and structured answers as far as the visibility you chose allows, and to share your contact with a matching person if and only if you both opted in. Your own words are never published. Publishing requires an account. A situation you filed can be closed through your assistant at any time; any situation, and any of your data, can be closed or removed on request (see the Privacy page).
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gnomon Practice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the conduct of other users, or for the outcome of any connection. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.
